Hotel and hospitality rollout questions
Does LARUS One replace hotel Wi-Fi, VLANs, or firewalls?
No. LARUS One provides the managed public identity and continuity workflow. The property and its providers continue to operate Wi-Fi, switching, segmentation, captive portals, firewalls, device policy, and local security.
Does every property need an Identity Unit?
Each property Location used at the same time needs one active Identity Unit. Room, suite, network-segment, and workflow design does not change the LARUS One subscription count.
Does the service guarantee vendor acceptance or compliance?
No. Identity Passport and Allowlist Pack evidence supports independent review, but every vendor, processor, brand, security team, and assessor applies its own policy. LARUS One does not certify PCI DSS or another property system.
What happens when a hotel changes ISP or delivery partner?
Your identity service stays with LARUS. We assess delivery at the new provider or Location, coordinate routing and activation, and update your service evidence. Your team validates affected access workflows.
Is renewal guaranteed?
Yes. LARUS guarantees renewal of your identity service. Automatic renewal is enabled at purchase, so you can build for the long term. Billing, cancellation and service terms remain available before checkout.
