Private client and family office rollout questions
Does LARUS One make a household anonymous or secure its devices?
No. LARUS One provides a managed public network identity and continuity workflow. It does not provide anonymity, endpoint protection, MFA, a firewall, a VPN, monitoring, incident response, or household cybersecurity.
Can one Identity Unit be active at several residences?
Each residence, family office, private office, or other Location used at the same time needs one active Identity Unit. Household members, devices, rooms, and network segments do not change the subscription count.
What happens when a residence changes ISP or delivery partner?
Your identity service stays with LARUS. We assess delivery at your new residence or provider, coordinate routing and activation, and update your evidence. You and your advisors validate affected access workflows.
Is renewal guaranteed?
Yes. LARUS guarantees renewal of your identity service. Automatic renewal is enabled at purchase, so you can build for the long term. Billing, cancellation and service terms remain available before checkout.
Will every bank, advisor, or private service accept the identity?
No. Identity Passport and Allowlist Pack evidence supports independent review, but every bank, advisor, supplier, insurer, security team, and private service applies its own policy.
